Ageing Well exists to make the road ahead feel clearer, more connected and full of possibility.
We create welcoming spaces where older adults, families and caregivers can learn, ask questions and explore options without pressure. Our role is not to prescribe one path. It is to help people find credible information, understand their choices and plan with confidence.

Our origin
A simple idea with a deeply practical purpose.
Ageing Well began with a shared observation: people were looking for reliable answers about health, housing, finances, care, connection and the future—but those answers were often scattered across many different places.
Kate and Shawn saw an opportunity to bring those conversations together. The Expo was created as a welcoming place where people could meet knowledgeable organizations, hear from trusted voices and leave with information they could actually use.
The goal was never simply to host an event. It was to make planning ahead feel more human.
