ABOUT AWE

Ageing Well Expo connects adults 45+/50+, older adults, caregivers, adult children, families and professionals with practical education, trusted organizations and meaningful community connections.
Founded by Kate Kelly and Shawn Barrie, AWE grew from personal experiences of loss and helping ageing family members navigate health, housing, finances and care. They created the resource they wished had existed: one welcoming place where the pieces could come together.
